How long is your personal information kept?
OCTÉ keeps your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the regulations in force.
Personal information relating to potential customers who have only made a contact request shall be kept for three years from the date of collection.
Personal information relating to a Customer Account that has never been used to place an order shall be kept for three years from the last activity on the Customer Account. After this period, OCTÉ reserves the right to delete your account.
Personal information relating to a Customer Account that was used to place at least one order shall be kept for three years from the last activity on the Customer Account, with the exception of documents, accounting documents and information used to prove an order for a product on the Website, which shall be kept for a period of 10 years from their date of collection for purposes of accounting and tax evidence.
