  •  OCTÉ parcel collection points which handle the delivery of products that you have ordered from the Website;
  • OCTÉ’s outsourced technology providers involved in the development, dissemination, operation and maintenance of the Website, in particular the developer and the host;
  • OCTÉ’s outsourced service providers involved in improving your experience when you browse the Website or receive the newsletter.
  • Finally, OCTÉ may be required to communicate your personal information to third parties under a law, regulation, regulatory or judicial authority ruling and, where necessary, in order to preserve its own rights and interests, in particular in the event of a breach of the General Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website.

No, OCTÉ does not and does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country not in the European Union or the European Economic Area where an adequate level of protection of personal data is not guaranteed.

  1.  How long is your personal information kept?

OCTÉ keeps your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the regulations in force.

Personal information relating to potential customers who have only made a contact request shall be kept for three years from the date of collection.

Personal information relating to a Customer Account that has never been used to place an order shall be kept for three years from the last activity on the Customer Account. After this period, OCTÉ reserves the right to delete your account.

Personal information relating to a Customer Account that was used to place at least one order shall be kept for three years from the last activity on the Customer Account, with the exception of documents, accounting documents and information used to prove an order for a product on the Website, which shall be kept for a period of 10 years from their date of collection for purposes of accounting and tax evidence.

  1.  What are your right regarding your personal data and how you can exercise these rights?

OCTÉ informs you that you may exercice the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:

  • Right to access;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure;
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to object to processing, in particular for commercial prospection;
  • Right to withdraw at any time any consent you may have given regarding the processing of your personal data, but without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal;
  • Right to define general or specific directives regarding how your personal data shall be handled or your rights exercised in case of death
