Quality, Safety and Environment Policy

Our mission is to develop our employees, adapt our processes and integrate environmental issues to enable us to meet our customers’ requirements in terms of quality and service.Our priorities are honouring our contractual commitments in addition to managing quality, safety and the environment.

Our Quality, Safety and Environment policy is deployed along the following lines:

  • Developing and mastering the complete product chain:By enhancing responsiveness, competitiveness and performance within each subsidiary, and by taking feedback on board.

  • Meeting the needs and expectations of our customers: Keeping to our delivery times, listening to our customers, upholding the quality of our products and services, as well as through our analysis, processing and efforts to avoid non-compliance.

  • Maintaining compliance with applicable legal requirements:through regulatory and standards surveillance, our presence in standard-setting committees and European bodies, and by adhering to European directives relating to our products.

  • Applying a continuous improvement approach: Through our audits, management reviews and monitoring the results of our indicators.

  • Protecting the environment: Using ISO 14001 certification through ecological awareness, waste recycling, energy saving, pollution prevention, a responsible partnership with our suppliers, and an eco-design approach.

  • Always seeking to progress and innovate:Making the requisite resources available for research and development, and by constantly improving products and services.

  • Ensuring good working conditions and skills: roll out and apply the Single Documents at our different sites, implement a suitable training policy, share best practices within the group.

  • Ensuring the safety of our products and customers: Strictly applying the standards and Directives in force.

  • Ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors: Through communication about and awareness of appropriate behaviour.

  • Disseminating this Quality, Safety and Environment culture among all our staff, suppliers and the Group’s companies:By disseminating and coordinating our Quality, Safety and Environment policy.
